We have a separate Library for Management Studies with rich collections of books in the Reference and Lending sections. There are more than 8725 volumes of books. There is a separate section each for Lending and Reference. Wide collections of Journals, Magazines of National and International importance, Newspapers and Multimedia, 12 National & International Magazines, and 10 National & International Journals are available. In Reprographic Service Section, ordinary and color prints are provided.
Department Libraries
Separate Department Libraries are provided for every department. We have Department Libraries for Civil, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, Mechanical, Fire & Safety, Mathematics, Science & Humanities, Research & Development, Psychology, and MBA departments. A rich collection of reference and subject books, magazines, and journals are made available there. They help the faculty and students to refer to the books in their respective departments in any emergency.
Library Information Brochure
A library brochure, first published in 2012 and followed by a revised second edition in 2015, is an attempt to glance through TIST Libraries. It presents our mission to make readily available all resources, facilities, and services to promote teaching, learning, disseminating, and contributing to the research needs of the students and faculty. It gives a graphic picture of all the nooks and corners of the TIST libraries and explains in lucid language how to access the diverse facilities and services with ease.
