MOU with Matter Lab
Department of Civil Engineering, Toc H Institute of Science and Technology signed an MOU with Matter Lab, Calicut on 06/03/2024. Matter Lab is an exceptionally well equipped for construction and other industries through material testing, inspection and consultancy services.This MOU intends for Collaborative learning, Internships and Research through materials testing, metallurgical (steel) testing, non-destructive concrete testing and forensic investigation of concrete structures, chemical analysis & microbiological examination of water, food & food products, environmental testing etc.
FACULTY ACHIEVEMENT
Receiving appreciation from Govt. Polytechnic College, Kothamangalam, for the technical talk on “Good Construction Practices”.
Student Achievements:
Abhirami Raj, Goury Nandana A S and Nivedh Manjush, Students of Department of Civil Engineering(2020 Admission)participated and demonstrated their innovation titled MICROBIAL FUEL CELL in Rural Innovators’ Meet for the region Ernakulam- Thrissur on November 28, 2023 organised by KSCSTE.
Sohail Salil and George J. Kuriakose, S5 Civil Engineering students (2021-2025), receiving Zone 2 topper award in the All-Kerala Civil Engineering Quizzing Event 2023 held at Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology as part of Engineers’ Day celebration on 25/09/2023.

Aiswarya A S, Department of Civil Engineering (2019-23 admission), Toc H Institute of Science and Technology receiving Zone 2 topper award for the Cprize test conducted by National Council for Technology and Training during the winners meet event held on 26/06/2023 at Trivandrum.
Aiswarya Manikandan, Department of Civil Engineering (2018-22 admission), Toc H Institute of Science and Technology receiving Zone 2 Topper Award, in the Cprizetest conducted by National Council for Technology and Training from Honourable Minister Mrs. J Chinchu Rani (Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, Govt of Kerala) during the winners meet event held on 14/07/2022 at Trivandrum.
Meenakshi V (2018-2022 admission) of the Civil Engineering Department, (CGPA 9.51) Secured a position in the TOP 2 % of all successful B Tech Civil Engineering students of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
