Established in 2002 as one of TIST’s original departments — delivering quality education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across VLSI, DSP, mobile & wireless communication, data communication and microwave electronics.
The Department has a well-equipped library with more than 1000 reference books covering the major realms of Electronics engineering, several national and international journals, and question banks.
