Toc H MBA became the First Institute in Kerala to partner with Veleuciliste U Pozegi, Croatia under the prestigious ERASMUS + Mobility programme. Erasmus stands for European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students, established in 1987. Erasmus+ is a programme run by the European Union and is managed by agencies in each EU member country, as well as by the Education, Audio-visual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the EU. The focus of this programme is on four different fields – education, training, youth and sport to improve skills and increase employability.
To formalise the partnership, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Veleuciliste U Pozegi, Croatia and Toc H Institute of Science & Technology under the prestigious ERASMUS exchange Programme in 2018. This MoU offers exchange of faculty and students between these two institutions. Under this agreement, so far three faculty has represented India for the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility for Academic Staff.

Dr Pearly Saira Chacko, Dr Tessla Arakal and Mrs Frank Hycinth, Assistant Professors of Toc H MBA was invited for the Erasmus + International Teaching Mobility Programme at Veleuciliste U Pozegi, Croatia from 23rd to 27th May 2022.
In 2022, Professor Bersilav Andrilic and Prof. Marco Sostar from Croatia made a reciprocal visit to inaugurate an international conclave on business topics. Student mobility under the Erasmus+ KA1 programme — a 3-month exchange between the Polytechnic in Pozega and Toc H’s Management Studies department — is currently under processing.
