Toc H Institute of Science & Technology form an NDLI Club under the National Digital Library of India named TIST NDLI Club. Principal Dr. Preethi Thekketh as the patron of the club, Vice Principal Dr. Deepa Elizabeth George as President, Librarian Sreekumar N as Secretary, and Dr. Sreela Sreedhar, HOD, CSE Department as the executive member of the club.2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 years, 18 events are organized via online platform.
