Civil Engineering
The Department of Civil Engineering, TIST was established on 2006. The Department offers both Under Graduate and Graduate courses. UG course is B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Graduate course is M.Tech in Construction Engineering and Management. The department now comprises of 18 highly qualified teaching staffs & 07 non teaching staffs guiding Under graduate and Post graduate students. The faculty of the department continues to strive hard by conquering new frontiers of knowledge through quality research work, QIP and FDP programs for enhancing the Teaching Learning process. The department is in close association with Institution of Engineers (IE), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and has an active student chapter of Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) and Indian Green Building Council ( IGBC).
